Constellation, part of Compass Group UK&I, is on the lookout for a Regional People Consultant to join our team at the iconic Villa Park!

From matchdays to major events, you’ll be at the heart of the action, making sure our Retail, Culinary and Back of House (BOH) teams are ready to deliver unforgettable experiences.

🎯 WHAT’S THE ROLE ALL ABOUT?

You’ll take the lead on workforce planning and people management across our Retail, Culinary and BOH departments, ensuring we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.

Your mission will include:

• 👥 Lead the Team: Build strong relationships with operational managers, trainers and resourcing teams to keep everything running smoothly.
• 📅 Plan for Success: Make sure every event is fully staffed, from matchdays to prep days.
• 🔎 Find the Talent: Support recruitment strategies, attract great people and help us hit our hiring targets.
• ⚡ Make It Happen: Take ownership of workforce fulfilment and adapt quickly when plans change.
• 🤝 Keep People Engaged: Build a reliable, motivated workforce and make sure our teams are ready to deliver their best.
• ✅ Own the Details: Lead staff check-in and check-out processes and manage relevant employee relations processes that don't require HR support.
• 💬 Be the Go-To: Work closely with General Managers and operational teams, providing support, solving problems and keeping communication flowing.

🌟 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for someone who can bring the energy, keep their cool under pressure and make people management look easy!

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in workforce planning, recruitment or people management within hospitality, catering or live events.
• Fantastic organisational skills and an eye for detail.
• The confidence to build relationships and communicate with people at every level.
• A solutions-first attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
• Experience using workforce management or scheduling systems.
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping everything on track.

Most importantly, you’ll be a people person who loves teamwork, takes ownership and thrives when things get busy!

📌 THE IMPORTANT BITS

• Location: Villa Park, Aston Villa FC
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Working pattern: 5 days out of 7, including weekends, evenings and some bank holidays
• Additional support: Occasional work at other Constellation venues may be required, with advance notice
