• Verify that quantities and prices on Purchase Orders and invoices match the physical delivery and report any discrepancies to the relevant Cost Controller, Purchasing team or senior team members.
• Monitor and follow up on missing deliveries, outstanding deliveries and open Purchase Orders on a daily basis.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier issues and report recurring concerns to the relevant senior team members.
• Ensure that the loading bay, receiving areas and all working spaces are clean, organised, clear and tidy throughout the day.
• Ensure that all relevant work surfaces and equipment are cleaned and sanitised in accordance with food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Assist the Stores team with the collection and storage of beverage deliveries in the cellar, ensuring that kegs and other beverage products are stored safely and neatly.
