Quality Systems & Compliance Officer Swindon £15.28 per hour Monday to Friday | 08:30 - 16:40Manpower is recruiting for a Quality Systems & Compliance Officer on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regulated, fast-paced environment where quality and compliance are at the heart of operations. Working within the Quality Compliance & Systems team, you will support the implementation and maintenance of effective Quality Management System (QMS) processes across the site, helping to ensure compliance with GMP standards and inspection readiness. Key Responsibilities Use systems such as TrackWise, eDMS, SFLMS and SAP to support Quality Systems and Compliance activities Coordinate and manage GMP documentation within the electronic document management system (eDMS) Raise and manage change controls, CAPAs and action items through to completion using TrackWise Support document lifecycle management, training compliance and metrics reporting Assist in maintaining a constant state of inspection readiness Follow approved GMP procedures and company policies at all times Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure targets and objectives are achieved Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects Support the wider Quality team in maintaining compliance across the manufacturing site About You Degree in a scientific subject or equivalent industry experience within a regulated environment Previous experience within pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industries is desirable Strong understanding of cGMP and Quality Management Systems including deviations, SOPs and change control Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance Good understanding of GMP documentation and data integrity expectations Well organised with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team Experience using Excel, Analytics or Power BI would be advantageous What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Monday to Friday working pattern Opportunity to gain experience within a leading pharmaceutical environment Supportive and collaborative team culture Potential for long-term opportunitiesInterested?
