This is a hands‑on Quality Engineering role where you'll play a key part in ensuring manufacturing excellence, driving quality improvements, and supporting compliance across a fast‑paced production environment. Work in a global, market‑leading organisation with strong innovation focus Hands‑on role embedded within live manufacturing operations Drive continuous improvement and quality excellence initiatives Exposure to regulated, ISO‑certified production environments Collaborative culture across Quality, Engineering and Operations Strong benefits package including medical, pension and on‑site facilities What You'll Do: Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and control plans Manage non‑conforming materials, ensuring traceability, containment and resolution Lead root cause analysis for internal defects and customer complaints (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone) Drive corrective and preventive actions through to effective closure Support continuous improvement initiatives and Management of Change processes Analyse quality data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities Deliver training to operators and team leaders on quality standards and best practice Support internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering and CI teams across the site What We're Looking For: Experience in a Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance role within manufacturing Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, root cause, Pareto, etc.) Understanding of working in ISO‑certified or regulated environments Experience using ERP/QMS systems (e.g. SAP) for quality and material management Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across shop floor and leadership Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problem‑solving Relevant qualification in Engineering, Quality or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience) If you're a Quality Engineer who enjoys working close to production, solving problems and driving measurable improvements, we'd love to hear from you.
