About the role An opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance & Health and Safety Engineer to join the team based in the Bristol area. Reporting into the local Quality Manager, this role plays a key part in maintaining EN9100 compliance, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and acting as the primary Health & Safety focal point on site. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the Quality Manager with EN9100 compliance and QMS activities Investigating quality issues using tools such as 8D and root cause analysis Supporting internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits Managing document control, supplier quality support and improvement actions Leading site Health & Safety activities, including risk assessments and inspections What you'll need Minimum 2 years' experience in a Quality or Assurance role Working knowledge of EN9100, 8D problem solving and FMECA Formal internal auditing experience (qualification preferred) Practical Health & Safety experience, including risk assessments and incident reporting HNC, degree or equivalent qualification Strong digital skills with the ability to produce structured reports and documentation Apply now This is a great opportunity to join a respected aerospace organisation in a varied role that combines quality assurance, continuous improvement and health & safety responsibility.
