Manpower is recruiting experienced Production Assemblers to join a secure, classified manufacturing project based in Coventry. These are temporary roles for an initial 20-week period, offering competitive pay and a 4-day working week.

You'll be working within a structured production environment on precision electronic and mechanical assemblies. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work to defined quality and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
Soldering to a high standard
Electronic and mechanical assembly (small-build work preferred)
Working on a production line to meet output targets
Operating within a secure and compliance-led environment
Pay & Working Hours
£18 per hour
Rising to £19 per hour upon completion of performance targets
Monday to Thursday
07:00 - 16:30
36 hours per week (9 hours per day including 30-minute unpaid break)
