WHERE YOU SIT

As our Product Analyst, you’ll be part of the Customer team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Head of Global Customer Product. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.

WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE

This role is not a delivery role but a product analytical role.

The Product Analyst supports the Global Customer Product team by providing deep insight into customer behaviour, product performance, and journey effectiveness, enabling better product decisions across the end-to-end customer experience.

Working across all product domains (Search & Discovery, Commerce & Checkout, Delivery & Return, Loyalty & Sustainability), this role ensures product strategy and roadmap decisions are grounded in data, experimentation, and customer understanding.

Sitting at the intersection of product, data, and customer experience, this role plays a key part in helping the team identify friction, prioritise opportunities/roadmap items, and measure real impact.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

As our Product Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining and measuring product performance across the end-to-end customer journey, establishing and tracking KPIs across all journey stages.
  • Analysing customer behaviour, funnels and interaction patterns across digital and omnichannel touchpoints to identify friction, drop-offs and opportunities.
  • Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform product strategy, prioritisation, business cases and roadmap decisions.
  • Supporting experimentation and performance measurement, developing measurement frameworks, analysing test results, assessing impact and maintaining dashboards and reporting.
  • Building and strengthening a connected, customer-focused view of performance by integrating multiple data sources, partnering with Data, Technology and Product teams, and using AI to accelerate analysis and generate deeper insights.

KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:

  • Analytical & Statistical Capability: Strong ability to analyse complex datasets, identify trends and apply appropriate analytical techniques to product and customer questions.
  • Data & Product Fluency: Comfortable using dashboards, analytics and experimentation tools, with a strong understanding of digital product journeys and customer behaviour.
  • Structured Thinking & Problem Solving: Able to frame ambiguous questions, develop robust analytical approaches and deliver clear, actionable outputs.
  • Insight Communication: Skilled at translating complex data into concise, compelling insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • AI, Accuracy & Curiosity: Confident using AI tools to accelerate analysis and insight generation, with strong attention to data accuracy and a proactive mindset towards learning and improving analytical approaches.
