From pre-match excitement to half-time rush and post-match service, you’ll be delivering exceptional bar service within our premium hospitality suites and lounges, helping create an elevated matchday experience for our guests.

We are looking for experienced and confident Premium Hospitality Bar Staff to work in fast-paced, high-end matchday environments. You must be comfortable delivering polished, efficient service while maintaining premium standards at all times.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 1 year experience working in a premium hospitality or high-volume bar environment.
• Strong experience in taking orders and serving drinks in a table or bar service setting.
• Confident working in premium hospitality environments with high service expectations.
• You must be aged 18 or over.
• You must be comfortable working in an environment where alcohol is served and handled.
• Strong understanding of premium service standards and guest experience.
• Professional, well-presented, and confident in a guest-facing role.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure in busy service periods.
• A reliable team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering exceptional bar service across premium hospitality suites and lounges.
• Taking and serving drinks orders accurately and efficiently.
• Providing knowledgeable and attentive guest service throughout matchday.
• Managing bar areas to ensure smooth, fast-paced service during peak periods.
• Supporting stock control, restocking and maintaining bar presentation standards.
• Ensuring all drinks are served in line with premium hospitality expectations.
• Working closely with front of house teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of all bar areas.
• Following all company policies relating to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and licensing regulations.

This is a Casual Matchday Position

This is a flexible, casual role offering work throughout the football season at Molineux Stadium and other premium events where available.

Availability for the following fixtures is essential:

• Friday 14th August – 8:00pm Kick-Off
• Saturday 29th August – 3:00pm Kick-Off
• Tuesday 8th September – 7:45pm Kick-Off
• Saturday 19th September – 3:00pm Kick-Off

…and all remaining Wolverhampton Wanderers home fixtures throughout the season.
