Cold Town House is one of Edinburgh’s most iconic venues, located in the heart of the Grassmarket. It features a busy rooftop terrace, bar, and high-volume kitchen operation. Pizza is a key part of the offer.

The Role
- As a Pizza Chef, you will deliver high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Run the pizza section during service
- Prepare, stretch, and cook pizzas to spec
- Manage dough prep and ingredient readiness
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Keep section organised and service-ready
- Work closely with the wider kitchen team
- Support cleaning schedules and BOH organisation
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in a high-volume pizza kitchen
- Strong dough handling and baking skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Team-focused and reliable
- Positive attitude and good communication
- Flexibility for evenings and weekends
