Office Administrator – Liverpool (6-month contract)


Britbet is a partnership of 58 racecourses across the UK, delivering betting services to racegoers under the Britbet and Tote brands. We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our Head Office team in Liverpool, supporting our Operations, Recruitment and Finance functions.


What you’ll do


Office Administration:

  • Manage calls, emails, post and day-to-day enquiries
  • Investigate and track lost or late customer ticket payments
  • Arrange collection and delivery of cash floats to racecourses
  • Support race meetings nationwide (staff passes, uniforms, accommodation)


Recruitment Support:

  • Track candidate progress for racecourse roles
  • Support onboarding process (right-to-work checks and documentation)
  • Inbound/outbound calls and emails

Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)


Salary/Contract

  • £27,000 pa (pro rata)
  • 6 month fixed term (potential for permanent contract)
