Office Administrator – Liverpool (6-month contract)
Britbet is a partnership of 58 racecourses across the UK, delivering betting services to racegoers under the Britbet and Tote brands. We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our Head Office team in Liverpool, supporting our Operations, Recruitment and Finance functions.
What you’ll do
Office Administration:
- Manage calls, emails, post and day-to-day enquiries
- Investigate and track lost or late customer ticket payments
- Arrange collection and delivery of cash floats to racecourses
- Support race meetings nationwide (staff passes, uniforms, accommodation)
Recruitment Support:
- Track candidate progress for racecourse roles
- Support onboarding process (right-to-work checks and documentation)
- Inbound/outbound calls and emails

Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)
Salary/Contract
- £27,000 pa (pro rata)
- 6 month fixed term (potential for permanent contract)
