Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–1:00pm (flexible working hours to meet business needs) Weekends maybe included
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

About the Role

All Care is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This role is ideal for someone looking for part-time hours with flexibility, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support to the office team
  • Managing emails and handling correspondence professionally
  • Using spreadsheets to input, update, and maintain accurate data
  • Supporting scheduling, records, and document management
  • Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous office administration experience
  • Confident use of email and spreadsheet software (e.g. Outlook, Excel)
  • Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines

Desirable (Preferred)

  • Experience using Access/ATS systems (training can be provided)

Additional Information

  • Occasional weekend work may be required by mutual agreement
