Security Concierge & Greeter | New York City
PTL Security is hiring for concierge, concierge greeter, and boutique security roles across New York City, including luxury residential buildings on the Upper East Side and high-end boutiques in Madison Avenue and SoHo. If you present well, carry yourself with professionalism, and thrive in high-end environments, there's a place for you on the PTL Security roster.
We're particularly interested in high-fashion models, actors, creatives and those interested in flexible, complementary work of importance between castings. Our scheduling is designed to work around your existing commitments.
Roles Available
Concierge: Managing the concierge desk at luxury residential buildings, serving as the primary point of contact for residents and guests. Responsibilities include triaging and resolving resident requests, coordinating building services, managing deliveries and visitor access, and maintaining accurate logs and records.
Concierge Greeter: Serving as the first point of contact at luxury residential buildings and boutiques. Responsibilities include greeting and directing residents and guests, monitoring building access, managing visitor sign-in, and coordinating with building staff.
Boutique Security Concierge: Providing concierge and security coverage at high-end boutiques across Madison Avenue and SoHo, including guest greeting, access monitoring, and maintaining a polished brand-aligned presence throughout each shift.
What We're Looking For
- Professional presentation, ideally with a high-fashion aesthetic for boutique roles
- Previous experience in concierge, front desk, doorman, guest services, or security preferred
- Strong communication skills and a calm, composed demeanor
- Comfortable standing or remaining stationary for extended periods
- Reliable and flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends
- Knowledge of BuildingLink a plus for residential roles
The Details
- Flexible scheduling available, including arrangements compatible with casting schedules
- Ongoing placements and single-event coverage available
- Boutique roles: $20â$25/hr DOE and Dependent on Location
- Residential roles: pay varies by assignment
- Currently placing in New York only
