Monday to Sunday | 8:30pm – 4:00am
We're looking to split the rota between two Chef de Parties, offering flexibility across the week.
💷 Pay Rate:
£20.36 per hour
📄 Contract:
Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
🔐 Important Information
Before starting your night shifts, you'll need to complete:
- One day shift for your induction and to be shown the kitchen, site, and procedures
- Immediate starts available following a successful induction
🔪 What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving high-quality evening meals and breakfasts
- Working alongside a General Assistant (GA) to deliver a smooth service
- Catering for up to 80 evening meals and 80 breakfasts
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Supporting the efficient running of the kitchen during service
👨🍳 What We're Looking For
You'll need:
- Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie (essential)
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- A positive, reliable approach and excellent time management
- Must be 18+
- Own safety shoes and chef knives
