Constellation at Northampton Saints is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Catering Staff to join our match-day team, working across the Hospitality Lounges and food and beverage retail outlets throughout the stadium.
You’ll be right at the heart of the match-day atmosphere, serving home and away fans and helping create a fast, friendly and enjoyable experience from kick-off to final whistle! 🏉🙌
📍 THE ROLE - Hospitality
⭐ 5 KEY THINGS YOU'LL BE DOING:
1. 🍽️ Deliver Exceptional Service
Provide a high-quality hospitality experience to guests within corporate and premium hospitality areas.
2. 🍸 Bar Service
Serve drinks confidently and efficiently, maintaining excellent standards during busy match days and events.
3. 🥂 Food & Table Service
Deliver food and beverages professionally while ensuring guests receive attentive and friendly service.
4. ⚡ Thrive Under Pressure
Work effectively as part of a team during high-volume periods, including busy match days, weekends and Christmas events.
5. 🤝 Create a Great Guest Experience
Represent Constellation and Northampton Saints with a professional, positive attitude and help make every guest's visit memorable.
📍 THE ROLE - Retail
Match Day Till Operator & Pourer
📍 Cinch Stadium at Franklin's Gardens, Northampton Saints, Weedon Road, Northampton. NN5 5BG.
🍔 Food & Beverage Retail Outlets (Must be able to handle alcohol)
🏉 Home & Away Fans
🔞 Must be aged 18+
📍 Must be local to Northampton

1. 💳 Till Operation
Take customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently, providing friendly service even during the busiest periods.
2. 🍺 Pouring & Serving Drinks
Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and soft drinks quickly and safely, keeping service moving during busy match-day periods.
3. 🍔 Food & Beverage Service
Serve food and drinks to customers across the stadium's retail outlets while maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
4. ⚡ Work at Match-Day Pace
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where queues can build quickly and teamwork is essential to keeping fans served efficiently.
5. 🏉 Create a Great Fan Experience
Provide friendly, professional and welcoming service to both home and away supporters, helping make their match-day experience a great one.

✅ Have previous experience in hospitality, retail, food & beverage or customer service
✅ Are confident handling tills and taking payments
✅ Have experience pouring or serving drinks — essential
✅ Can work quickly and efficiently during busy periods
✅ Are friendly, approachable and confident with customers
✅ Are reliable and work well as part of a team
✅ Are available for weekend match days, Christmas periods and other busy events
✅ Live locally in Northampton or the surrounding area
