Working Hours

This is a flexible role; you can pick up as many or as few shifts as you like aligning with match day fixtures. Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you.

Main Commis Chef Responsibilities

- Communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.

- Helping with preparation of food to menu specifications ensuring that Levy standards and procedures are followed.

- Plating up match days

- Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

- Enjoy your work, smile and have fun!

Skills / Qualifications

- Previous experience in this role is required.

- Allergen Awareness

- Current Food Hygiene (Level 2 minimum)
