WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE
The Market Reward Partner – European Markets is responsible for delivering reward programmes and expert advice across key European markets, ensuring reward solutions are competitive, compliant and aligned to global frameworks. This role acts as the primary reward partner to local leaders and People teams, translating global reward strategy into effective market delivery.
Working closely with the Global Head of Reward, People Partners, Finance and Payroll, the role supports pay, bonus and benefits activities across the employee lifecycle. The role plays a critical part in balancing global consistency with local market complexity, ensuring reward decisions support both business performance and employee experience.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
As our Market Reward Partner (European Markets), you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the trusted reward partner for France, Germany, Italy and Spain, providing expert guidance on pay, bonus and benefits decisions while ensuring consistent application of reward principles.
- Leading pay and benchmarking activities, including annual and off-cycle reviews, market analysis and reward recommendations aligned to market conditions, internal equity and global frameworks.
- Supporting the delivery of bonus, incentive and benefits programmes, ensuring accurate implementation, compliance and effective collaboration with Payroll, Finance and external providers.
- Maintaining strong governance, risk management and data integrity across reward processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and providing meaningful reporting and insight.
- Driving stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement, supporting organisational change, process simplification and the development of effective reward solutions across markets.
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:
- Strong reward expertise across pay, bonus and benefits, with experience delivering practical reward solutions in a multinational environment.
- Good understanding of European reward practices, labour markets and regulatory requirements across multiple countries.
- Strong analytical capability, able to interpret market data, conduct pay analysis and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Effective stakeholder partner, confident advising leaders and People Partners while communicating clearly across diverse cultural contexts.
- High attention to detail with strong systems and data capability, ensuring accuracy, compliance and effective use of HRIS and reward tools.
