Lytham Festival 2026 starts THIS WEEK, and we're looking for bar staff to join Team Arc!
Be part of one of the UK's biggest summer concert series, set on the stunning Lancashire coast. This year's line-up includes Teddy Swims, Alanis Morissette, Michael Bublé, Pet Shop Boys and Pitbull, alongside a fantastic selection of supporting artists.
Whether you can work just one day or all five, you'll be part of a fast-paced team serving thousands of concert-goers in an unforgettable live music atmosphere.

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn money while being part of one of the highlights of the UK's festival season.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
- Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
- Keeping queues moving and service efficient
- Working long shifts in a busy, high-energy environment
Getting There:
🚆 Lytham is easily accessible by public transport, with regular rail links from Blackpool, Preston and across the North West
📍 Located on Lytham Green, Lancashire, with excellent transport connections for local and travelling staff
🚗 No staff parking on site, however, may be nearby parking available
🏠 No camping or accommodation is provided, so applicants must be able to make their own way to and from site each day
What we’re looking for:
- Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
- Confidence pouring pints and working at speed
- Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
- Positive attitude and great customer service skills
