WHERE YOU SIT

As our Leather Coordinator, you’ll be part of the GSC Materials Management team working closely with brilliant people across the business. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.

This role plays a pivotal part in driving our consumer centric strategy. Everything you do will help elevate the DM experience - whether you’re enabling teams, improving processes, influencing decision making, or crafting moments that matter for our consumers around the globe.

You’ll help us push boundaries, raise the bar, and keep the spirit of DM alive in everything we deliver.


CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

As our Leather Coordinator, you will be responsible for:


  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders across multiple geographies, and with both T1 and T2 suppliers to support the development and commercialisation processes.
  • Maintaining leather libraries, material references, and related records in the Hong Kong office.
  • Managing material data, system updates, and seasonal tracking documents in PLM and supporting spreadsheets.
  • Supporting reporting, supplier KPIs, shipping documentation, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Preparing label, assess, and distribute material references for development and bulk production.
  • Demonstrating a good understanding of leather, colour assessment, and material handling.
  • Regular handling of packages and materials.



KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

  • Degree holder preferred
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in leather sourcing, either at a brand or a brand-facing tannery. Leather experience is essential.
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills in English; Chinese and/or other Asian language skills are an advantage.
  • A fast learner with the ability to retain and recall information accurately.
  • Experience using PLM systems and confidence with Microsoft Office including MS Excel (with pivot-table, vlookup).
  • A detail-oriented, diligent, responsible team player with a good appreciation of colour and materials.
  • Understanding of product development, bulk manufacture, quality management procedures.
  • Travel may be required as needed.
