The Role:
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to support one of Doha’s most dynamic hospitality destinations. This role is for a reliable, quality-driven individual who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and care.
As part of the Housekeeping team at The Ned Doha, you’ll play a key role in ensuring all linens, uniforms, and guest garments are handled with precision and care—contributing to a seamless and exceptional guest experience behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, and press linens, uniforms, and guest items
- Ensure proper sorting, handling, and care of all fabrics according to standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area at all times
- Inspect items for stains, damages, and quality before and after processing
- Follow correct procedures for stain removal and fabric treatment
- Ensure timely delivery of clean items to relevant departments
- Monitor and report any equipment issues or maintenance needs
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Support the housekeeping team in maintaining overall operational efficiency
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or laundry facility is preferred
- Basic knowledge of laundry operations, equipment, and fabric care
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks
- A team player with a positive and responsible attitude
- Understanding of hygiene and safety standards
