You’ll be supporting a talented brigade who craft seasonal, brasserie‑style dishes enjoyed by guests staying in our boutique bedrooms across the Stables, Paddocks, Coach House and Hunters Lodge.
Your work keeps service flowing, the team supported, and our high standards maintained — making you an essential part of the operation.

What You’ll Do
You’ll play a crucial part in keeping the kitchen running smoothly:
- Wash pots, pans, utensils, and crockery — keeping everything spotless
- Maintain clean work areas — from floors to prep stations
- Support with deliveries — unpacking, rotating, and organising stock
- Assist with basic food prep as directed by chefs
- Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored correctly
- Work closely with the kitchen team to support a smooth service
