We're looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who take pride in keeping our kitchens running smoothly and supporting our chefs to deliver exceptional food and service on matchdays.

What you'll be doing:

• Washing pots, pans, crockery and kitchen equipment.
• Keeping kitchen areas clean, organised and safe at all times.
• Assisting with kitchen cleaning duties before, during and after service.
• Taking in and organising deliveries.
• Supporting chefs with basic preparation and general kitchen duties when required.
• Ensuring waste is disposed of correctly and work areas remain hygienic.
• Following all company and unit policies relating to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.

What we're looking for:

• You must be aged 18 or over.
• Previous kitchen porter or back-of-house experience is desirable but not essential.
• A good understanding of COSHH and safe working practices within a commercial kitchen.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• A reliable team player with a positive attitude and excellent attention to cleanliness.
• Physically fit and happy to undertake manual handling as part of the role.

This is a Matchday Position

Availability for the following fixtures is essential:

• Friday 31st July
• Saturday 22nd August

...and all remaining Birmingham City FC home fixtures throughout the season.
