The Botanist Albert Dock are hiring a Junior Sous Chef


We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is ready to take the next step in their culinary career. At The Botanist Albert Dock, you'll play an important role in supporting the kitchen leadership team, maintaining high standards and helping deliver exceptional food experiences for every guest.

You'll work closely with your colleagues to create a positive kitchen environment where teamwork, consistency and development are at the heart of every service.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail
  • Supporting food safety, allergen and compliance standards
  • Assisting with stock management and kitchen organisation
  • Supporting and motivating junior kitchen team members
  • Helping deliver smooth and successful services


What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is passionate about food, committed to quality and enjoys supporting others.

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef is desirable.
