Taking the lead and influencing initiatives across workforce planning, organisational design, talent management, recognition and reward frameworks, and learning and development - aligning people priorities with evolving business goals.
Working at pace across a multi‑site business - supporting leaders with day‑to‑day people needs while also playing a key role in delivering projects that support people initiatives across the group.
Interpreting data across key HR metrics - including attrition, absence trends, recruitment performance, ER caseloads, and compensation movement - to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday-Friday 40 hours a week, with regular travel across the UK as and when required, with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week.
And here's what we'd like you to have:
In-depth HR Business Partner experience in a complex, multi‑site business and strong generalist skills across all areas of HR.
Be skilled at influencing and building trust with senior leaders to become a trusted advisor and drive meaningful business change.
Thrive operating in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment, with the resilience to stay focused and effective when priorities shift.
Embrace working with ambiguity – be able to cut through vagueness, bring clarity, and move work forward even when all the answers aren’t yet known.
Be experienced at leading and managing change programmes across a business, especially complex organisation design and people changes.
We look forward to receiving your application!
