🎯 What You’ll Do
As a Housekeeping Assistant at The Stag on the River, you’ll help us deliver exceptional stays through great care and attention:
🛏️ Prepare guest rooms – Make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and ensure everything feels fresh and inviting.
🚪 Maintain public areas – Keep hallways, entrances, and shared spaces clean and welcoming.
🧺 Support with laundry – Folding, organising and ensuring linens meet our quality standards.
📦 Restock supplies – Replace toiletries, teas, coffees, and report anything running low.
🛠️ Report issues promptly – Flag maintenance or safety concerns to the management team.
🤝 Provide warm guest support – Respond to requests with professionalism and friendliness.
👥 Work as part of the team – Collaborate to keep everything running smoothly day-to-day.
