What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide information about the restaurant and its offerings.
- Coordinate closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with care and professionalism.
- Maintain an organized reception area and reservation system.
- Create a positive and lasting first impression that reflects The Ned Doha's exceptional hospitality standards.
What We're Looking for:
- Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Agent, or in a similar customer-facing role within hospitality.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, confident, and welcoming personality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
