As a Host, you’re the first face guests see. You’ll manage the flow, set expectations, and create an arrival experience that feels organised, engaging, and effortless.
What you’ll be doing
Owning the guest arrival
- Greeting guests warmly and confidently
- Managing bookings and walk-in flow
- Seating guests efficiently and setting clear expectations
Creating a strong first impression
- Delivering an engaging and inclusive welcome
- Communicating key information about the venue and events
- Supporting guest needs and directing them appropriately
Keeping things running smoothly
- Managing queues and waiting lists effectively
- Ensuring smooth transitions from arrival to service
- Working closely with the floor team to manage capacity
What we’re looking for
- Confident, personable, and engaging
- High energy with a natural presence
- Strong communication skills
- Organised and calm under pressure
Experience
Experience in a guest-facing role is preferred but not essential. Confidence and personality are key.
