Seeking experience Front of House staff to work at one of the countries most popular venues with fantastic transport links.
Ideally seeking staff that have skills or previous experience working as:
- Bar Work
- Waiting on
- Barista
- Catering Assistants / General Assistants
- Till Operators
- Kitchen Porters / Kitchen Assistants
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest experience.
- Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables.
- Preparing alcoholic drinks, pouring pints, making spirit & mixer drinks, pouring wines
- Tray service / Drinks Running.
- Prepare dining and service areas before, during, and after service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the premises.
- Assist with housekeeping duties, including cleaning guest and public areas where required.
- Replenish supplies, stock, and guest amenities.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating deliveries and stock.
- Support kitchen and front-of-house teams with general duties as required.
- Set up and clear down rooms and areas for functions, meetings, and events.
- Follow all food safety, health and safety, and company procedures.
- Deal with guest requests and queries promptly and professionally, escalating issues to a supervisor or manager when necessary.
- Work effectively as part of a team and provide support to colleagues during busy periods.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties required to support the smooth running of the hospitality operation.
