Constellation Platinum is recruiting experienced hospitality professionals to join our team at The Kia Oval for the 2026 cricket season.
You will be working within exclusive hospitality suites, including Suite 175, delivering exceptional matchday service to guests across a packed calendar of cricket fixtures.
We are currently hiring for:
• Team Leader
• Waiter
• Bartender
This is a seasonal opportunity with consistent fixtures, including County Cricket, T20s, The Hundred and ODIs.

Waiter
You will deliver seamless front-of-house service within a fast-paced hospitality suite environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience
• Strong understanding of service flow and guest engagement
• Ability to confidently carry plates and trays
• Professional presentation and punctuality
Bartender
You will provide premium bar service within hospitality suites.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year bar experience
• Confidence preparing drinks and managing high-volume service
• Strong product knowledge and accuracy
• Calm and organised approach during peak service
Team Leader
You will oversee service delivery within your section and support the wider hospitality team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year bar experience
• Previous experience leading small teams or as a premium fine dining waiter
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate teams and maintain service standards
• Confident decision-making during live service
Team Leaders will be selected based on performance, reliability and leadership capability.
Season Commitment
We are looking for individuals who can:
• Offer consistent availability across the 2026 season
• Commit to full matchday shifts (including multi-day fixtures)
• Travel to and from the venue independently
• Maintain Platinum standards every shift
Reliability and performance will determine priority bookings and progression opportunities.
