Front of House Team Member - Brighton i360

You’ll be the face of Brighton i360 - welcoming guests, creating great first impressions, and helping deliver memorable experiences across the whole venue.

This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll work across multiple areas of the business, including the attraction, café, retail, guest experience and Drift Bar & Kitchen - depending on the needs of the day. You’ll be trained across all front of house areas and expected to move between them as part of one team.

What you’ll be doing

Working across the venue, you’ll support the full guest journey from arrival to departure.

This includes:

• Welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression
• Selling tickets and supporting guest flow
• Delivering great service in the café (coffee, food, drinks)
• Supporting the retail/gift shop and driving sales
• Hosting guests on the i360 experience and sharing knowledge
• Supporting service in Drift Bar & Kitchen
• Assisting with events, dining experiences and private bookings

You’ll move between areas as needed, working as one team to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in hospitality, retail or customer-facing environments
• Confident, friendly and professional with guests
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume settings
• Flexible and happy to work across different roles
• Strong team player with a hands-on approach
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work
