The Role:

We’re looking for a warm, attentive, and service-driven Guest Experience Agent to be the face of our hospitality and ensure every stay is seamless from arrival to departure.


What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be at the heart of our guest journey—welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and delivering thoughtful, personalized service at every touchpoint. From check-in to check-out, you’ll ensure each experience reflects the charm and sophistication of The Ned.

  • Provide a warm and genuine welcome to all guests, creating a positive first impression
  • Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently and professionally
  • Manage and coordinate room reservations as well as restaurant reservations, ensuring accuracy and a seamless booking experience
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and feedback
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
  • Maintain accurate guest records and uphold confidentiality standards
  • Go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations

About You:

  • Fluent Arabic speaker with strong communication skills
  • Provide a warm and genuine welcome to all guests, creating a positive first impression
  • Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently and professionally
  • Manage and coordinate room reservations as well as restaurant reservations, ensuring accuracy and a seamless booking experience
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and feedback
