WHERE YOU SIT

As our Global Visual Merchandising Coordinator, you’ll be part of the Customer Experience team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into the Global Visual Merchandising Manager. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.


WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE

This role supports the development of the future visual merchandising proposition, focusing on how

product is presented, organised, and brought to life across store formats.

You contribute to defining:

  • Product layout and zoning principles
  • Product presentation and storytelling approaches
  • In-store navigation and customer flow through VM

The role is critical in ensuring that future VM concepts deliver clarity, consistency, and commercial

impact, supporting a more immersive and consumer-led retail experience.

Partner with Retail Design & Concepts on all initiatives involving physical tools, fixtures, or hardware to

ensure alignment with the overall retail concept and design language.

Ensure all outputs are developed with a clear understanding of the end-to-end retail concept, delivering

cohesive, connected experiences across all store environments and touchpoints.


CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • As our Global Visual Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Support the development of future Visual Merchandising (VM) concepts and propositions, ensuring alignment with Retail Acceleration priorities, evolving store formats, and overall brand strategy.
  • Help define product layout, zoning, and navigation principles that create intuitive customer journeys while optimising category visibility and commercial performance.
  • Develop and maintain VM presentation standards, including hero product placement, category storytelling, product density, and space allocation to enhance both brand impact and sales outcomes.
  • Contribute to the creation, testing, and refinement of VM concepts for pilot stores and new retail formats, while managing digital mock shop assets, fixtures, product libraries, and capturing key learnings.
  • Partner with Retail Design, Retail Experience, and Retail Marketing teams to deliver a connected in-store experience, while producing VM playbooks, guidelines, presentations, and stakeholder communication materials.


KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

  • Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:
  • Experience or a strong interest in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Product Presentation, and creating engaging customer experiences.
  • Understanding of how product layout, zoning, and store navigation influence customer behaviour and commercial performance.
  • Strong creative, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to translate concepts into clear visual frameworks and presentations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Retail Design, VM, Marketing, and Retail Experience to deliver innovative retail solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment, with a keen interest in retail innovation, concept development, and continuous improvement.
