General Operator - Double Day Shift

Location: Swindon
Pay Rate: £13.86 per hour + 22% shift allowance (£16.91 including allowance)
Hours: Monday-Friday | 07:00-15:00 or 15:00-23:00We are recruiting General Operators to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Swindon. This role involves supporting production operations within a cleanroom environment while ensuring compliance with GMP and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual packing, labelling and packaging of products
Handling materials and maintaining stock levels
Cleaning equipment and production areas to GMP standards
Completing production documentation accurately
Carrying out in-process quality checks
Reporting any quality or process issuesRequirements:

GCSE-level Maths and English
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain concentration
Ability to follow procedures and work accurately
