The Huxley, our Americana-themed restaurant and cocktail loungue, alongside Heads and Tales Gin and Cocktail Bar, is on the lookout for new talented bartenders to join our expanding team. Nestled on Princess Street within The Rutland Hotel, both venues take pride in serving some of the finest classic cocktails and unique specialties crafted by our enthusiastic and skilled staff. We are dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and creating unique, unforgettable experiences for our guests.
What We're Looking For:
A genuine passion for the hospitality industry is essential. We love what we do, and we hope you do too! You should be hands-on and have a guest-focused approach to service. Experience in high-end cocktail bars, as well as in menu development and preparation, is highly desirable. Ideally, you will have at least one year of experience in a previous bartender role.

In this role your time will be split between supporting our prep team back-of-house and being front a centre working accross two of our exciting venues with our team of bartenders.
Please be aware that while we respect work/life balance, this is a full-time position and evening and weekend work will be required including some late night shifts, including occasional 3AM finish times.
