Front of House Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders, serve dishes, and assist with payment processes;
• Respond to customer inquiries politely and accurately, understand their needs and confirm repeatedly to ensure an excellent dining experience;
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including table setting and utensil preparation;
• Handle daily opening and closing duties such as restocking, cleaning workstations, and setting tables.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service mindset, friendly attitude, and well-presented appearance;
• Able to communicate in English; must be able to speak Chinese;
• Prior experience in food service is preferred; able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-traffic environment;
• Proactive, responsible, and a good team player in daily operations.
