As a Floortender, you’re at the heart of the guest experience. You’ll keep service moving, tables looked after, and the atmosphere exactly where it needs to be.

What you’ll be doing

Delivering seamless table service

• Taking orders and delivering food and drinks promptly
• Keeping tables clean, organised, and guest-ready
• Staying aware of guest needs throughout their visit

Creating a great guest experience

• Engaging with guests in a friendly and professional way
• Supporting upselling and product recommendations
• Ensuring every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure

Keeping service flowing

• Working closely with bar and kitchen teams to maintain smooth service
• Maintaining pace and efficiency during busy periods
• Supporting the overall floor operation

What we’re looking for

• Attentive, energetic, and guest-focused
• Strong communication skills
• Team-focused and supportive
• Works with urgency and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Experience

Experience in a hospitality or service role is preferred but not essential. Attitude and energy are key.
