Constellation are looking for polished, professional Front of House Waiting Staff to join our team at the beautiful RHS Garden Wisley — delivering exceptional, fine dining service in a truly unique setting 🌿
Working Pattern
Various shifts available across 7 days a week
Typical hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm (daytime service, with occasional event-based shifts)

Set within one of the UK’s most prestigious garden venues, RHS Wisley offers a refined and memorable dining experience for its visitors. You’ll be working across elegant dining spaces and premium hospitality areas, supporting high-quality food service for guests enjoying everything from leisurely lunches to special events.
Parking is available, however due to the location, please check transport links before applying.
Public bus: No. 462 and 463 from Woking and Guildford (7 days a week)
Public bus: No. 714 from Kingston (Monday to Saturday)
What You’ll Do
As a Fine Dining Waiting team member, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and elevated guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
🍽️ Providing attentive, professional table service in a fine dining environment
🍷 Serving food and beverages with confidence, including wine service where required
🧾 Taking accurate orders and communicating effectively with the kitchen team
✨ Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and table setup
🚫 Managing allergens and dietary requirements with care and precision
😊 Creating a warm, welcoming and memorable experience for every guest
From busy peak services to more relaxed sittings, you’ll represent excellence in hospitality at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Confident, well-presented individuals with a passion for high-quality service
- Experience in a fine dining or premium hospitality environment preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining standards
- A positive, team-focused attitude
Essentials
- Previous Front of House / waiting experience required (fine dining preferred)
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to Woking, ideally you will have your own transport
- Over 18s only
