Constellation Platinum is seeking experienced Fine Dining Waiters to deliver five-star service in premium suites and restaurants at Old Trafford, the home of Manchester United. You'll play a key role in delivering seamless, high-end hospitality across the stadium's premium hospitality spaces on matchdays, creating exceptional experiences for guests in one of football's most iconic venues.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional fine dining and silver service to VIP guests, corporate clients and premium hospitality customers.
• Provide polished, attentive table service throughout each guest's dining experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest hospitality standards.
• Confidently present menus, serve food and beverages, and deliver multi-course dining with precision and professionalism.
• Present, open and serve wines in accordance with fine dining service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond proactively to requests, and create memorable hospitality experiences.
• Maintain immaculate table presentation, venue standards and attention to detail at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the wider front-of-house team to deliver seamless service throughout Manchester United home fixtures.

What We're Looking For:

✅ A minimum of 12 months' experience within a fine dining, silver service or premium hospitality environment.

✅ Previous experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, private members' clubs or premium event hospitality is highly desirable.

✅ A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with confidence, warmth and professionalism.

✅ Outstanding presentation, communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

✅ The ability to remain calm, organised and composed while delivering high standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

✅ Excellent knowledge of fine dining etiquette, food service and wine service, or a strong willingness to further develop these skills.

✅ A reliable, punctual and flexible approach, with the commitment to work the majority of Manchester United home fixtures throughout the season.
