The role of a Finance Assistant will be to support the AP/AR function in day to day and ad-hoc matters to ensure we process and reconcile both our payables and receivables accurately.
core responsibilities
- Invoice Management: Coding and posting invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and performing bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Billing and Credit Control: Managing customer billing and credit control processes and processing physical vouchers received.
- Procedure Maintenance: Creating and maintaining manuals for finance procedures, ensuring orderly and efficient operations.
- Communication: Demonstrating good communication skills, flexibility, and proactivity to build relationships with stakeholders and address their needs.
- Analytical Skills: Applying strong analytical skills and knowledge of finance systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Excel, to ensure accurate financial processing.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred
- Basic to intermediate excel skills are preferre
