Are you a mechanically minded Engineer with experience working on hydraulic systems?
We're recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join a well-established engineering business supporting customers across the UK. This is a field-based role focused on the service, maintenance, installation and repair of specialist industrial equipment, with hydraulics forming a key part of the day-to-day work.

The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Servicing, maintaining and repairing industrial machinery at customer sites
Diagnosing and rectifying hydraulic and mechanical faults
Installing and commissioning equipment
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
Replacing and repairing hydraulic components including pumps, valves, cylinders and pipework
Producing service reports and supporting customers with technical advice
Ensuring work is carried out safely and to a high standard
This is a mobile role covering customer sites, offering a varied working environment with no two days the same.

Reading engineering drawings and technical documentation
