Role: Festival Bar Staff / Bar Back

Pay: £12.75 per hour + holiday pay, £14.29 total

Job Type: Flexible, Festival/Event-Based Bar

Festival season is coming and we are building our experienced bar team for two of the UK’s most in-demand summer events!

Wilderness Festival 🏕️

29th July – 2nd Aug

• Multi day camping festival in a countryside setting

• You will stay onsite across your shifts

• Mix of music, food, wellbeing and arts

• Strong community feel and immersive experience

Blenheim Palace Presents 🏰🎶

• Series of large scale outdoor concerts at a prestigious venue

• Headline artists include:

🎧 Pete Tong Ibiza Classics with The Essential Orchestra – Saturday 27 June

🎤 Alanis Morissette – Sunday 28 June

🎶 Teddy Swims – Tuesday 30 June

✨ Katy Perry – Wednesday 1 July

🎷 Michael Bublé – Saturday 4 July

Travel 🚗

• Own way travel required for all shifts

• Please ensure you can get to and from site before applying

If you’re confident with Bar work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love the buzz of live events, we want you on our team!

What you’ll be doing:

• Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
• Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
• Keeping queues moving and spirits high
• Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
• Camping available for Wilderness (must have own equipment)

What we’re looking for:

• Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
• Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
• Friendly, reliable, and a team player
• Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
• A positive attitude and great customer service skills
