Lytham Festival 2026 is back, and we are building our BAR TEAM for one of the UK’s most iconic summer concert series.
Set on the stunning Lancashire coast, Lytham Festival brings world class artists, huge crowds, and an unbeatable atmosphere across multiple days of live music.
Set on the stunning Lancashire coastline, this 5 day event welcomes over 100,000 music fans and an incredible line up including Teddy Swims, Alanis Morissette, Michael Bublé, Pet Shop Boys and Pitbull, alongside a host of supporting artists.
Arc is recruiting experienced Bar Staff to be part of the action across this major outdoor event.
Whether you're available for 1 day or the full festival, you'll be working in a fast paced, high energy environment serving thousands of concert-goers while enjoying an unbeatable live music atmosphere.

What you’ll be doing:
- Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
- Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
- Keeping queues moving and service efficient
- Working long shifts in a busy, high-energy environment
Getting There:
🚆 Lytham is easily accessible by public transport, with regular rail links from Blackpool, Preston and across the North West
📍 Located on Lytham Green, Lancashire, with excellent transport connections for local and travelling staff
🚗 No staff parking on site, however, may be nearby parking available
🏠 No camping or accommodation is provided, so applicants must be able to make their own way to and from site each day
What we’re looking for:
- Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
- Confidence pouring pints and working at speed
- Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
- Positive attitude and great customer service skills
