Arc Hospitality Recruitment is building Bar Staff teams for 2 of the area's biggest outdoor events this July: Delapré Abbey Summer Series and Labyrinth Open Air.

Whether you're looking for a couple of shifts or regular weekend work throughout the summer, you can choose the dates that suit you and work at some incredible live music events.

A series of major outdoor concerts and live music events at Northampton's historic Delapré Abbey.

📍 Located in Northampton, just minutes from the town centre

🎵 Labyrinth Open Air – Tofte Manor, Bedfordshire

📅 3rd, 4th, 11th & 12th July

One of the UK's most unique electronic music festivals, set within the stunning grounds of Tofte Manor.

📍 Approximately 35 minutes from Northampton by car

🚗 Own transport required

What You'll Be Doing

• Serving drinks on busy event bars

• Pouring pints and serving packaged products quickly and efficiently

• Delivering excellent customer service

• Maintaining a clean and organised bar area

• Working as part of a fast-paced bar team

What We're Looking For

• Previous bar, pub, festival or hospitality experience preferred

• Confidence working in busy environments

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
