Location: Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire
Dates: 27th June, 28th June, 30th June, 1st July & 4th July 2026
Pay: £12.75 per hour + holiday pay (£14.29 total)

Arc is recruiting experienced Bar Staff for a series of major outdoor concerts taking place at the stunning Blenheim Palace.
With the first event date coming up very soon, we're looking for people who can jump straight into the action. Whether you can work 1 date, a few dates, or all 5 dates, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
• Serving drinks to concert-goers in a fast-paced bar environment
• Pouring pints and preparing simple mixed drinks
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Keeping your bar area clean, organised and stocked
• Following Challenge 25 and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Getting There
🚗 Free parking is available on site
🚌 Regular public transport links from Oxford, with journey times of approximately 45 minutes
🚘 Around 30 minutes by car from Oxford
What We're Looking For
• Previous bar or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, reliable and hardworking individuals
• Confidence working in busy environments
• Must be aged 18 or over
