The Role:
At The Ned Doha, we believe that exceptional guest experiences are created through passion, teamwork, and attention to detail. We are currently looking for an organized, energetic, and people-focused F&B Coordinator to join our Food & Beverage team and support the smooth day-to-day operations across our vibrant outlets.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the Food & Beverage team with daily administrative and operational coordination
- Coordinate communication between outlets and departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports, schedules, and maintain organized records and documentation
- Assist with menu updates, promotions, events, and internal communications
- Support managers with inventory, purchasing requests, and general departmental administration
- During busy operations, provide hands-on support to the outlets and assist the operations team as needed
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks
About You:
- Previous experience in hospitality or Food & Beverage administration/coordinator role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with administrative systems
- A positive attitude with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible and willing to support operational requirements when needed
- Passion for guest experience and luxury hospitality
