Role Title: Fanuc Robotics Training Specialist

Role Summary:
This request is for a Fanuc Robotics expert to support the creation of the material to be used to provide on-site training for employees on Fanuc robotics systems and their application across repair processes.
The purpose of this training effort is to build training material on Fanuc robot operation, programming, troubleshooting, safe use, and process-specific applications in the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) shops.
Key Activities:
Training preparation
Review training topic lists, objectives, and target audience requirements
Develop or adapt training content, exercises, training aids and delivery approach to match the requested training type
Adjust the level of instruction for beginner, intermediate, or advanced participants
Develop process specific training topics, aid and exercises (blasting, welding, inspection)
Develop basic troubleshooting guidance and operator-level problem identification
Develop training materials to be used offline by trainee in preparation of in-person training (in the format of presentations, screen recordings, notes).
Apply understanding of a variety of manufacturing processes to tailor instruction to the operational environment
Work with client stakeholders to understand the production context, operator needs, and skill gapsAdditional tasks could include:
Deliver in-person training sessions for employees (operators and engineers interfacing with the robotics systems in the MRO network)
Recommending training sequencing or modularization based on participant experience level and process complexity
Providing follow-up clarification sessions, refresher sessions, or focused coaching for specific teams or applications
Qualifications / Requirements:
Demonstrated experience as a Fanuc trainer, instructor, or subject matter expert
Strong working knowledge of Fanuc robotic systems, including operation, programming, setup, and troubleshooting
Ability to create training materials to be used for trainees with different experience levels, from basic users to advanced users
Understanding of a variety of manufacturing processes and the ability to connect robotics training to real production applications
Experience delivering both generic/foundational training and customized, process-specific training
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with ability to explain technical concepts clearly in classroom and hands-on settings
Experience working in manufacturing or shop-floor environments
Ability to collaborate with operators, engineers, manufacturing leaders, and other stakeholders to define training needs and tailor content
Strong documentation and training material preparation skills
Desired characteristics:
Experience developing practical exercises, training aids, or structured training modules for manufacturing teams
Familiarity with multiple manufacturing applications where robotics are used, such as automated blasting, welding and inspection
