What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering polished, professional service to VIP guests
- Creating memorable guest experiences
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Handling allergens and dietary requirements with care
- Supporting a high-performing, professional team
What We’re Looking For
- At least 12 months’ experience as a waiter
- Confidence with à la carte service (fine dining preferred)
- Skilled in carrying plates and drinks trays
- Calm, professional, and reliable under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong team player
Event Details
- Dates: 30th June – 2nd July
- Location: Holyrood Palace, Edinburgh
- Shift timings: 07:00–16:00 or 11:00–19:00
