We are looking for experienced Hospitality Team Members to join Constellation Platinum and deliver five-star service in premium hospitality areas at Brentford Gtech Community Stadium. This is your chance to be at the heart of the matchday experience, creating exceptional experiences for guests while working alongside a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding hospitality.
The 2026/27 season runs from August 2026 through to May 2027, with most shifts taking place on weekends alongside occasional weekday fixtures. We are looking for team members who can commit to working the majority of fixtures throughout the season.

Your Responsibilities:
🔹Create a polished guest experience, demonstrating professionalism, discretion and composure throughout every interaction.
🔹Confidently present menus, serve food and beverages with precision and accuracy.
🔹Anticipate guests needs and respond efficiently to requests.
🔹Maintain immaculate table presentation, venue standards and attention to detail at all times.
🔹Communicate and collaborate effectively with the wider front-of-house team to ensure smooth service across matchdays and events.
What We’re Looking For:
⭐ At least 12 months’ experience working within fine dining, silver service or a luxury hospitality setting.
⭐ Experience within Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, private members’ clubs or high-end event hospitality is desirable.
⭐ A proven ability to work confidently with VIPs, high-profile individuals and corporate clients, maintaining professionalism, discretion and composure at all times.
⭐ Excellent personal presentation and communication skills, combined with exceptional attention to detail.
⭐ The ability to perform under pressure while staying organised, composed and focused on maintaining high service standards.
⭐ A dependable and flexible approach, with the availability to work the majority of weekend fixtures throughout the 2026/2027 season, as well as selected weekday matches where required.
