Constellation Platinum is recruiting experienced Fine Dining Waiters to join our premium hospitality team across some of London's most prestigious venues. Working within luxury hospitality environments, VIP lounges, private dining rooms, and exclusive events, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences while representing the highest standards of service.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional fine dining service to guests in premium hospitality environments.
• Confidently present menus, serve food and beverages, and maintain service standards throughout each event.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide a seamless, personalised experience.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail, professionalism, and presentation at all times.
• Work closely with managers, supervisors, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

What We're Looking For

✅ Minimum 12 months' experience as a waiter within a fine dining, luxury hospitality, or silver service environment.

✅ Strong understanding of fine dining service standards and guest expectations.

✅ Professional, polished, and guest-focused approach.

✅ Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

✅ Availability to work evenings and weekends.
