Constellation Platinum is looking for experienced Cocktail Bartenders to join our premium hospitality teams at The O2 Arena.
This is an opportunity to work across some of the venue’s most prestigious hospitality spaces, serving guests attending world-class concerts, sporting events and exclusive experiences.

🍹 The Role
As a Platinum Cocktail Bartender, you’ll be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality drinks and polished service throughout every event.
You’ll be expected to:
- Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails to a consistently high standard.
- Follow cocktail specifications accurately, including measures, techniques, dilution, garnish and presentation.
- Deliver warm, confident and professional service to every guest.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, cocktails and wine.
- Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar throughout service.
- Work efficiently and calmly during high-volume event service.
- Communicate effectively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Follow all relevant licensing, ID-checking, alcohol service, hygiene and health & safety requirements.
- Take pride in the presentation of both your drinks and your bar.
🍸 What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for bartenders who can combine strong technical ability with genuine premium service.
Professional Experience
- Previous professional bartending experience is essential.
- Experience within a cocktail-led, premium bar, restaurant, hotel, events or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
- You should be comfortable working to high service standards in a busy environment.
Cocktail Knowledge & Technique
- Confidence preparing a range of classic and popular cocktails, including but not limited to Espresso Martini, Old Fashioned, Mojito, Daiquiri, Passion Fruit Martini and Aperol Spritz.
- A strong understanding of accurate measurements, correct techniques, consistency and presentation.
- Comfortable following cocktail specifications precisely and maintaining the same standard throughout service.
Drinks Knowledge
A good understanding of:
- Spirits and key spirit categories
- Popular cocktails and classic recipes
- Liqueurs and mixers
- Basic wine knowledge and key grape varieties
You should also be confident speaking with guests about drinks and making recommendations where appropriate.
Premium Service
- Professional, approachable and attentive, with the confidence to engage with guests while maintaining a polished service style.
- A genuine understanding that premium bartending is about more than making a great cocktail.
- Pride in creating an experience that feels effortless, personal and premium.
Working Under Pressure
- Able to remain calm, organised and accurate during busy periods.
- Comfortable managing high volumes while maintaining quality, consistency and service standards.
Teamwork
- Excellent communication, reliability and teamwork are essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues across the wider hospitality operation.
- An understanding that exceptional events are delivered through strong teamwork and communication.
Availability
Our shifts are scheduled across a mixture of:
- Evening shifts
- Weekday shifts
- Weekend shifts
- Event days
- Late finishes
Flexibility is important due to the nature of event hospitality.
