Arc is hiring experienced bar staff to join our team for an upcoming festival work, with opportunities to work busy, high-volume bars right in the heart of the action.
If you’re confident behind the bar, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love the buzz of live events, we want you on our team!
What you’ll be doing:
- Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
- Pouring pints and serving packaged drinks quickly and accurately
- Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
- Keeping queues moving and delivering great customer service
- Working as part of a busy bar team in a high-energy festival environment
What we’re looking for:
- Previous bar experience is essential – pubs, festivals, events, stadiums or hospitality venues
- Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks and working at speed
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment
- Friendly, reliable and a strong team player
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
- A positive attitude and great customer service skills
